BlackBerry Offers Free Apps Thanking Customers for their Loyalty and Support

Research in Motion (RIM), the company which makes blackberry phones is offering $100 worth premium applications for free to their Blackberry users to apologize for a service blackout last month. users could not access mails, messenger or web services for 3 days after a core switch on the company’s server failed. Here’s what they’ve got for you.

Customers can download these premium apps until December 31, 2011.
For users with a BIS Lite or BBM-only plan, these free apps will be downloadable over Wi-Fi from BlackBerry App World beginning in November 2011.
